Cassia Hill is rented only as a whole house. The rate covers all six bedrooms, the staff, the grounds, and the pool — up to 16 guests in total. Payment may be made by wire transfer, PayPal, Wise, or Bitcoin.
Minimum two nights. Includes all staff (butler, chef, houseboy, gardener, 24-hour security). Meals at cost of groceries, receipts provided.
Minimum seven nights over the winter period. All the same inclusions.

Deposit & CancellationA 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due seven days before arrival. Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a full deposit refund; 15–29 days, 50%; fewer than 15 days, the deposit is forfeit.
